Bookings & Cancellations Policy
All teleconsultations are scheduled to last between 5 to 10 minutes. Our doctors will reach out to you by telephone using the telephone number that you have provided us in your medical questionnaire. Please be ready 5 minutes before your designated timeslot.
Although our doctors will do their best to call you at the exact time at which you’ve booked your teleconsultation, there may be cases where our doctors may be slightly delayed in reaching out to you, as they may need to attend to patients in between calls. If such a situation arises, we kindly request your patience.
If, within 30 minutes from your designated timeslot, you are unable to connect with our doctor, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you are absent from the call during your designated timeslot, we will attempt to reach out again in 10 minutes. If after three attempts, we are unable to reach you, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss rescheduling options.
We understand that things do come up, but we would like to request that if you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, you let us know 6 hours in advance. You can do this by reaching out to us at email@example.com.
In very rare instances, our doctors may have to attend to urgent enquiries or medical emergencies and may therefore have to cancel your teleconsultation appointment. In such an event, you will receive a cancellation email and a member of our customer service team will be in touch. You will not be charged for any cancelled appointments, and if you decide not to reschedule, a full refund will be issued to you.
